  1. Toyota makes the best cars and trucks. People think their cars are boring. In reality their not. I'm a proud owner of a 2016 Corolla S Premium. Any Toyota is a great investment. What the majority of people want is a reliable car that won't break down on you with peace of mind, that's what Toyota does. My next vehicle will be Toyota Tacoma TRD 4×4.

  2. automatic high beams are the stupidest thing ever invented. now lots of cars have high beams on in street that is slightly low on lightning and I end up with all high beams light flashing in my eyes. this technology should be regulated.

  3. Does the auto high beam turn down the lights when you are approaching the rear of traffic going the same direction?

  4. from the pix i saw, the new camry looks more aggressive and even a little sportier, especially compared to those in the past.

  5. These guys clearly do not like Toyota lexus they crap on the Camry? This car with the v6 and now double wishbone suspension is going to embarrass a lot of cars in higher price ranges

  6. Honestly, I can get with the new Camry. It's an honest, reliable car that will do the job in comfort, efficiency and now with a touch of style. I'm THANKFUL for the V6! Goes to show the rest that switching to 4 cylinders isn't necessary to get good MPG. Some of us still want power and the sound! An angry bumblebee is not a good soundtrack for your arrival/departure in my opinion.

  7. Hello, I personally dislike the auto start/stop system. I refuse rentals that have it. However, in renting a late model Escape once, I pulled into a dealership and they showed me how to disable it. Of course, it resets itself when you start the car again, but I just disable it again.

  8. Just a suggestion on the new look to the show: I like the different camera angles. But they do not need to continuously move on the slider. It's more distracting to watch while trying to focus on the host content. Just a comment video professional to video professional.

  9. THESE REVIEWERS REALLY ALL IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY JUST STATED THEIR NEGATIVE OPINIONS ABOUT THE TOYOTA CAMRY ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE IT IS AS A CAR BUT YET PROVIDED DATA TO SHOW THAT TOYOTA IS SELLING 400,000 ANNUALLY. CLEARLY THESE REVIEWERS ARE MISSION THE POINT ON WHY PEOPLE ARE BUYING TOYOTA CAMRY LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW. IT SEEMS LIKE WHAT THESE REVIEWERS WANT PEOPLE TO BUY AND WHAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO BUY ARE COMPLETELY OPPOSITE. AT THE END, IT'S THE BUYERS WHO DECIDE WHAT CAR IS BEST SUIT THEIR NEEDS AND THAT IS THE TOYOTA CAMRY.

  10. Consumer Report and its reviewers used to be scholastic but now they are just a bunch of idiots who are out of touch with reality America. People buy the Toyota Camry for its reliability, no non-sense fuss, and family and user friendliness. No one that I know of buy a Toyota Camry for its looks, driving dynamic, etc. American families and so are families from around the world just simply want a simple car that will take them from point A to point B without all the fuss and mechanical and electrical dramas. They just simply want a car that will just keep on going and going and going for many years with little maintenance and very very very little cost to own. The Toyota Camry fit the criteria perfectly and that is WHY Toyota is selling the Camry like hot cakes.

Americans are not that dumb!!!! They which car to buy if they are looking for sportiness, driving dynamic, style, etc. Unfortunately, 99.9% of American families just need a reliable car that can take them to places without breaking down on the road or cost a fortune to repair. For this reason, they see the Toyota Camry to be the BEST fit. This is why they are buying the Camry like there's no tomorrow.

Consumer Report can trash the Toyota Camry all it wants but Americans do not give a damn!!!! We just need a reliable car with a reasonable price and low maintenance cost.

CONSUMER REPORT CLEARLY IS OUT OF TOUCH WITH THE 99.9% OF THE AMERICAN POPULATION.

  11. I don't know why the Toyota Camry gets a bad rap either. It may not be fun to drive but the consumers that buy Toyota Camrys buy them because they want a car that's reliable, safe, and has good fuel economy. They don't buy Camrys for flash and that's why they've been Toyota's most popular car in th U.S. for over 30 years now.

  12. A friend of mine's is currently leasing a new Honda Pilot Elite with the engine idle stop feature and he says that system gets annoying after a while because the restart operation is not smooth and the A/C doesn't operate when it's on idle stop mode. I don't know if all manufacturers have it but at least Honda and Acura have a disable switch on the center console that shuts off the idle stop for people who don't want to use it.

  13. I am trying to find a good, reliable, slightly sporty, V6 used manual transmission car that is 7 to 10 years, to replace my favorite '99 V6 Camry Solara, (297,350 trouble free miles on it), which was totaled by another car. Cars I've found like the Nissan Altima V6 and Honda Accord V6, are rare and extremely overpriced, most with mileage exceeding 120,000 miles. (looked in several States). We've got a late model Hyundai and Honda, but I have always had a manual car sitting in the driveway, for weekend fun and riding up into the mountains. I miss having a manual so much, that driving isn't fun anymore.
Please give me some car suggestions (Miatas are too small) to satisfy my needs that can had for about $6,000. Scanning the internet everyday, my wife thinks I need therapy😎.

  14. Who cares if au to dorks think that the Camry is "vanilla"? The sales numbers and owner's satisfaction numbers speak for themselves. I recently did a dealership search for 2001 Camry LEs in silver and found that there were 2,377 Silver Camrys  for sale in Miami / Dade County alone. How many other car brands can still have that many of their models still on the road after 16 years?

  15. The Camry is the way to go… none of the gimmicks like start stop, to break. No turbo, one more less thing to break, no god awful CVT. It will work. And if you take care of it it will get you 300000+ miles

  16. I have never understood why the bad rep for the Camry, it seems to me that it is just a few people that have no idea what they are saying. The Camry have never been more boring than an Accord, or Altima, a Taurus could not have even dream to be like a Camry, the Fusion looks great, but the driving dynamics are not better than those of the Camry. The Camry is a well round, comfortable and reliable transportation. Any generation Camry looks much less "vanilla" than the first generation Fusion and definitely it is a wild super sports car if compared to the 2001 and 2005 Chevy Malibu and yet you don`t hear people bashing in the Malibu on how horrible the interior is, and how boring and ugly the exterior is. Well I guess that the low sales speaks for it self. And the new Camry is everything but boring looks very exiting and that interior is better looking that the new Mercedes Benz interior, looks more upscale and luxurious, very well done is Camry is … now I have to admit that I don`t exactly love the front end… but over all the car looks stupendously good. and I absolutely love that interior…
